Message from the Chairman and Managing Director
Mr. Gulzar Ahmad Lajurie.
It gives me an immense pleasure to say with proud and honour that with the
help of Almighty and with the sympathies of some prominent social workers and professional experts, I got successful in opening and establishing a paramedical college in South Kashmir located at district headquarter Pulwama. The college is recognized and registered by the government of Jammu and Kashmir and affiliated to the J&K State Medical Faculty which is also its examining body. The main objective of the college shall be to impart Medical Education Science to the students of the valley or abroad who seek admission in the college under various training courses in an improved atmosphere with English language as the main medium of the instruction and thereby prepare manpower for the ever increasing Global Health Care Industry. The college shall strive and lay emphasis on the overall development of the personality of the students by incorporating various programs in its circular like debating, symposium, quiz competitions, sports activities, athletics, swimming, biking and tracking etc. The college shall also ensure the development of scientific temperament amongst its students by providing all the facilities of well equipped medical labs and use of modern teaching aids like audio-visuals and use of computers with internet. The college shall strive at achieving high standards of excellence and serving as a model college in the country. Phoenix Paramedical College will strive to utilize effective educational approaches and practices to align with the specific ability and skill to set requirements for diverse academic and professional fields by:
• Strengthening basic concept in the concerned academic fields. • Developing proficiency in general mental abilities. • Providing sharply focused guidelines for embarking upon a successful career.
My team is committed to continuously improve the effectiveness of our courses by utilizing latest products, technologies in association with best brains and organizations in the field of Allied Health Science and Health-Care Industry.
The college will upgrade the diploma courses being offered to degree and then the post graduate levels. But in the beginning, we have started only five courses like, MMPHW, FMPHW, General Nursing, Medical Assistant and Operation Theatre Technologist and within a brief time, we will cover all the Para and Medical training for which we are committed.
The desirous students are mostly welcomed to get their selves entertained in the said courses and feel the difference about our and others quality policy.
G. A. Lajurie Chairman/ Managing Director.
