Philstocks ATM Card Guidelines Card/s that has/have no valid bank activity for the first 6 months upon issuance will be closed. Cards that were claimed and used but have no valid bank activity for six (6) consecutive months will automatically be converted to a regular savings accounts, which is subject to the Php10,000 maintaining balance requirement (MBR). Per UnionBank’s card policy, Philstocks ATM card requires a valid bank activity regularly every month. Here’s the list of valid bank activities that can be done via ATM, over the counter, online, or debit transactions: 1. Deposit 2. Withdrawal 3. Funds Transfer (Instapay via mobile and online baking) 4. Transactions (POS and online purchases at Visa-accredited stores) 5. Bills Payment Account closure will depend on the scenarios below: a.) Account with balance - If account cannot maintain the P10,000 MBR, it will be charged P1K every month upon non-activity. If account reaches 0 balance, it will be automatically closed. b.) Account with no balance - Account will be closed after the 6th consecutive month of no balance. Please be guided accordingly.
