Both allows scope for interpretation, research, dynamics, mysticism and open mind to develop. example of this is kabbalisstic interpretation of various aspects of God which can be applied in day life and attributing features to God.

You can be a Zoorastrian, Sikh, Buddhist and you will be under the umbrella of Hinduism... Also Jewish and Christian mysticism resembles aspects of Hinduism which talks about feminine aspect of God, meditation, merging with god and other concepts which very few know.

I am learning about Mysticism and Dynamics of both religion and how they are similarly and searching synergies.

Do people take the comparative religion like linking Kundalini Yoga and Kabbalah positively?

Religion is something person which should not be touched in terms of developing and searching for common grounds?

Sephirot meaning emanations, are the 10 attributes/emanations in Kabbalah, through which Ein Sof (The Infinite) reveals himself and continuously creates both the physical realm and the chain of higher metaphysical realms.

Last extension of god in his divine form is the "feminine & dwelling" power of God... It is the divine presence of God that inhibits everything... God is an immense form something like infinite pillar of light perceived as a unity of masculine & feminine part equally embedded in him....He is everywhere in everything...

How everything gets crated from God

It is recognized that the One Supreme Being, both in its formless and manifest aspects, has been worshipped by Hindus over the illennia.

This does not mean that Hindus worship ‘gods’ and idols’. The Hindu relates to only the One Supreme Being when he/she prays to a particular manifestation.

The forms Hindu workship are ‘mere symbols’, and that Hindu worship of forms is equivalent to the practice of some Jewish people of praying to Angels, who are intermediaries to the ‘One Supreme Being’.

The god which is infinite and can be perceived as infinite pillar of light then transforms into two aspects: male and female.

The female part is associated with the energy of the god, and the male part is the reception of that energy..something like fuel and engine...

Once God transform from infinite light into Male and Female, further to aid creation he first take on 3 forms based on properties: Kindness, beauty and Severity

Although these properties are both male and female part, but they are also in the infinite light form of God but since the infinite form of God is made of pure infinite light / energy these 3 properties and male/female part cannot be attributed to the infinite form of God.

Infinite light transforms into male female (power and holder of power) aspect further into 3 aspects: Kindness beauty and severity.

Moving further ahead god part of each of the 3 has four aspects: eternity (ever lasting till the world exist), glory (worth of worship), "Foundation" for further action (expansion of world, giving birth to demi Gods) and the last is "kingship" or power to effect the material plane in which we exist...

God primary use 3 emotions in his 3 forms, but there are 4 powers which he further transform to aid the creation which are like addon to the three main emotions of creation maintenance, destruction which is done by God in the balanced way.

The four aspects are:

1) Victory/eternity/indestructible 2) Foundation / power to create or grow in any way 3) Worth of worship/equivalence to ultimate- God/prayers

reaching God 4) Kingship / personal power to achieve anything

Page 20: (Philosophy: Similarities between Kabbalistic Judaism and ...indoisraelresearch.com/Religion_slides_joined.pdf · (Philosophy: Similarities between Kabbalistic Judaism and Shaivism,

The worlds/level that we know are can be viewed as 5: 1. Kingship/ Physical / Material world (Time and place into play)

- We live here 2. General Existence (play of 4 emotions) Equally good and bad /

one level up from where we are/ we go here and come down again

3. Understanding (place where full aspect of male female god is realized and experienced, very little potential of bad, less chances moving down from here)

4. Wisdom (God beyond male and female but less than the Infinite light, total spiritual awareness)

5. Crown (merging and living with infinite light / infinite energy/ infinite God without any attribution)

Page 21: (Philosophy: Similarities between Kabbalistic Judaism and ...indoisraelresearch.com/Religion_slides_joined.pdf · (Philosophy: Similarities between Kabbalistic Judaism and Shaivism,

5 World in as told by scholars seen in a simpler way:

1. Kingship: Our world / lowest 2. General existence: where all 4 emo of God exist, we go

down again from here to our level 3. Understanding: Dual aspect of God realized, knowledge

of power of God, feminine aspect of god realized, very less chances of going down from here

4. Wisdom: All aspects of God realized, one level before the form of God without attributes.. beyond 4 emo, beyond the male female aspect, where God hold his feminine power..

5. Ultimate Light: Ultimate form of God without attribute ..beyond male female....you are beyond space time here...

1. Mrutyulok patalok 2. Swarga lok (you go here depending on what you have done,

you are guaranteed to move down from here, it has things that are great, but this is a temp place)

3. Devtaoo / isht devta ka look / Tri devo ke look (you can be here for very very long time, very less chances to move down from here, highest lok here is Goo-lok)

4. Sadashiv/Mahadev/Maheswar ka lok (last level of existence where you are independent and a separate entity, once you here you dont move down)

5. Moksha (your identity ends here as you merge with Jyoti of god)

Page 23: (Philosophy: Similarities between Kabbalistic Judaism and ...indoisraelresearch.com/Religion_slides_joined.pdf · (Philosophy: Similarities between Kabbalistic Judaism and Shaivism,

There is plane of “3rd level of plane” where once you go you can still interact with levels below that, that is level of power, level of feminine power, level where you still feel the power and creation aspect of God...

Once you move to level 4 you down intent to move down...

Interesting to see that Judaism and Hinduism both focus extensively on Meditation and Mysticism

90% focus of religion is to focus on God, meditation, yoga, salvation and not on conversion, derision or other political issues

Meditation is the most important ascept of liberation for both faiths

Although you cannot mix Zionism here as many Hindus are also Zionist who will stand for Israel still have their religious faith is Hinduism

The Zohar is the foundational work in the literature of Jewish mystical thought known as Kabbalah

It is a group of books including commentary on the mystical aspects of the Torah (the five books of Moses)

Bahir (Book of the Brightness) is an anonymous mystical

work, attributed to a 1st century rabbinic sage Nehunya ben HaKanah (a contemporary of Yochanan ben Zakai)

It is an early work of esoteric Jewish mysticism which eventually became known as Kabbalah

The Bahir and Sefer Yetzirah are two of the other principle Kabbalistic texts
