ABOUT THE INDIVIDUAL:

A well-versed and rounded individual able to make an impact throughout all levels of an organisation. Hard-working and passionate, he has been working as a scaffolder in the construction industry for the past 14 years and more recently been running a job as a Site Manager in the Energy from Waste sector. A team player who is not afraid to muck in and get his hands dirty, he has a great reputation of being a pro-active leader with a 'can do' attitude. Adaptable to all environments, he enjoys the challenges of working within a busy, high risk engineering environment. Always wanting to better oneself, he recently participated and completed a computing course in order to aide him within his management role. He is always looking to put himself forward for new opportunities and courses, and with that, he would like to enrol to study his NEBOSH certificate in the years ahead . Overseeing the erection, modification, alteration and dismantling of scaffolds for both the Civil and Engineering divisions. This includes the 2 year warranty package after handover to the client.

Bristol Airport (March 2015 - June 2015). Working as a Site Manager overseeing the erection, alteration, modification and dismantling of scaffolds on the new extension to the existing terminal.

Figurehead Homes, Cardiff (July 2015 - January 2016). Working as Site Manager on the Kier development of luxury apartments overseeing the erection, alteration, modification and dismantling of scaffolds.

Cornwall Energy Recovery Centre, (current employment). Working as site manager on the VINCI Environnement project for Access Scaffolding. Overseeing the erection, modification, alteration and dismantling of scaffolds for both the Civil and Engineering divisions.
