To whom it may concern; I have had the privilege of working with Brett Hanson for over two years. During that time I have been a colleague of his as well as his manager for over a year. Brett has always excelled in his role here at Dominos. He not only meets company expectations, but month after month provides the service for other employees to strive to meet. Brett's desire to help our customers as well as help the company succeed is a difficult attribute to find now a days. Brett consistently works with new employees, helping them to better understand the role and expectations of the regularly evolving position. Brett is amazing with our customers and regularly receives the highest praise from them. Brett took it upon himself to learn more than typically expected so he has been able to go above and beyond to help our customers rather than asking them to hold and risk further aggravating a situation. While I would be sad to see Brett leave, I know he will make for a wonderful addition in any customer service or team position. If you have any further questions, please let me know.
