SUBJECT Advisory Re: Transfer of East Avenue Outlet to Sta. Mesa

Please be informed that the frontline service' counters in PSA-East Avenue,Quezon City, including Court Decrees and Legal Instruments, have transferred toSolicarel Buildings I and 11, Ramon Magsaysay Blvd., Sta. Mesa, Manila (Near LRT2Pureza Station) to give way to the upcoming construction of the PSA 23-StoreyBuilding.

Normal business operations in PSA-Sta. Mesa Outlet resumed immediately last03 October 2016 for the copy issuance of civil registry documents (birth, marriage anddeath certificates) as well as Certificate of No Marriage Record (CENOMAR).

Kindly disseminate this advisory to the general public in your respective areas,particularly the clients of the Office of the City/Municipal Civil Registrar who may needto do official transactions in Manila.

Please also invite them to visit the PSA official website - www.psa.gov.ph for thelocation map and directions on how to get to PSA-Sta. Mesa when commuting fromPSA-East Avenue.
