Philippians 3:13-14 Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do,

forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are

before, I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.

How to bring about transformation:

Make maturing in holiness your goal in this life

the truth is in Jesus: That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts; And be

renewed in the spirit of your mind; And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in

righteousness and true holiness.



1Peter 1:14-16 As obedient children, not fashioning yourselves according to the former lusts in your ignorance:

But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation; Because it is

written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.
