We have three brands in our Everyday Science range to ensure that you have the best options for your budget. These brands enable you to perform all of your lab work without paying the highest prices for your glassware.

Simax borosilicate glass 3.3 has excellent thermal properties because of its high softening point and low coeffi cient of expansion. It is considered highly heat resistant.

Kimble’s borosilicate glass meets the specifi cation of ISO 3585, type 3.3, ASTM E-438, type 1 class A. It has a low coeffi cient of expansion and a very high resistance to chemical attack.

Azlon Polypropylene PP is typically used for beakers, bottles and cylinders made from a translucent rigid polymer. Suitable for use between -20°C to +135°C, autoclavable to 121°C, this material has good to excellent chemical resistance and is tough enough to resist fatigue.

Class B burettes are accurate to one division. For example, 3.4 ±0.1mL. These are ideal for standard use in school up to GCSE level.
