RULE XII. AMENDMENTS. Any amendment to this Election Rules shall be adopted by the General Assembly in simple majority vote.

RULE XIII. TRANSITORY PROVISION. The term of office of the Officers to be elected and qualified during this first election to be conducted under these Election Rules shall expire after their respective successors shall have been elected and qualified during the AGAM on 2018.

RULE XIV. VALIDITY CLAUSE. These Election Guidelines shall take effect upon its confirmation by the Board of Directors and/or ratified by the Annual General Assembly.
