An Evening of Gin & Jazz Come and meet Yorkshire gin distillers Hooting Owl and enjoy a live performance from Jazz Singer, Paul Skerritt Hooting Owl have worked with Chef Peter Neville to develop some bespoke dishes to complement each of their Yorkshire gins. Journey in to the past with a talk through the history of gin, the dierent types of gin and how the recent explosion of gin has come about, the botanicals and their role in Hooting Owls gins, along with sampling and detailed tasting notes for each of their delicious gins. You will also have the opportunity to buy bottles to take home with you at the end of the night. Team this with talented musician Paul Skerritt who will be performing a fantastic mix of background jazz with up tempo swing, ranging from Frank Sinatra and Michael Bublé, to Nat King Cole and Tony Bennett. Paul’s high-energy will be guaranteed to get you up and dancing by the end of the night!
