All the approved Research centres and University Departments/Interuniversitycentres shall start course work from January 201 itself! "or teachers in University and

#ovt!/Aided colle$es who wish to do course work in 2 spells% the 1st spell of their course

 work shall &e started in 1st April 201! Applicants comin$ under the followin$ cate$ories

can also &e included in the course work!

a! 'andidates re$istered on or after July 2010 and not yet done course work!

&! 'andidates re$istered &efore July 2010 and not yet su&mitted (h!D!)hesis!

c! 'andidates re$istered &efore July 2010 and su&mitted (h!D! thesis &ut not awarded

the De$ree!

d! 'andidates su&mitted thesis and awarded (h!D! after July 200*! )he +eads of the

approved Research centres shall admit those eli$i&le candidates who desire to attend

course work and come under any of the a&ove cate$ory!

At the time of admission to course work each candidate shall remit Rs!2%000/, towards

course work fee to the account of the +ead of the Research centre! )his amount can &e

utili-ed to meet the e.penses related to course work!

)he (h!D! scholars admitted prior to 201 admission in the approved research

centres and yet to do their course work are permitted to attend the course work in the new

scheme and sylla&us% which will &e started in January 201% if they come under any of the

followin$ cate$ory!

this date!
