    Woods annualearnings haveplummeted $50

    million over the pasttwo years. Yet,despite beingranked 13th in the

    world and a 20-month win lessstreak, Woods isstill the highestpaid athlete.

    Tiger can thank twomajor sponsors, Nikeand EA for more than

    half of his earnings.

    This years 50 highest-paid athletes earned$1.4 billion combined, or $28 million on average.Even though thats an 11% drop from last year,these athletes are far from starving artists.
