This PHASE is designed to help HOPE Squad members understand that they are part of a

community-wide effort to prevent suicide.

Community connections involves agencies working together to provide mental health education, identification screening, and support services.

It is the responsibility of the entire community to support community connections.

This includes educating parents, city leaders, clergy, coaches, scout leaders, and anyone involved in working with youth.
