The Artist Advisory Committee will review all applications to determine artist eligibility qualified artists will be added to the Artist Priority Pre-leasing List.

Qualified artists will be asked to complete final paperwork to pre-lease an apartment.

APPLICATION CHECKLISTARTIST STATEMENTmaximum 250 word introduction of yourself and your art. Tell us about your medium (paint, music, food, etc.) and your current work - what it means to you and what you hope it means to others.RESUMEmaximum 2 page summary of accomplishments related to the eligible art, including education and training, recent performances, exhibitions, commissions, publications, etc.

WORK SAMPLESsubmit up to 5 still images, 5 minutes of audio or video recordings, manuscripts, articles/reviews, playbills, or other documentation of your work.

RECOMMENDATION LETTERSShort statements (100-350 words) from up to 3 people in your industry affirming that you practice in the unique creation and public display of an eligible art, on a regular and progressive basis.
