About the cover: In the article by Maresso and Schneewind (page 128), high-throughput screeningidentifies mechanism-based inhibitors of sortase. The crystal structure of sortase with the AAEKinhibitors identified keystone interactions and ionic pockets that can be exploited for inhibitorimprovement.
