ABOUT THE HOTEL
The Feathers Hotel was established in 1966 and is located on the corner of Glynburn and Greenhill Roads, at the foot of the picturesque Adelaide Hills.Recently, the Feathers Hotel has undergone extensive renovations and currently comprises of the Feathers Greenhouse, Terrace Bar & Saloon Bar with the Feathers Pavilion located right next door.
The Feathers Hotel offers a modern contemporary setting for you to host your event or function all year round no matter the occasion, our friendly team will ensure it is one to remember!

THE SPACE
Terrace Level 1The lower level of the newly renovated Feathers Terrace is fully undercover and offers the perfect setting to accommodate 55 people for a cocktail style event. Fully heated and with fans, it can be sectioned off to ensure a private area for you and your guests.
Terrace Level 1 & Saloon BarThe Saloon Bar & Lower Terrace can be combined for larger groups and gives all guests direct access to the Saloon Bar. Perfect for cocktail style events for up to 100 people.
Saloon BarThe Saloon Bar is a private function area in which guests will have full access to the bar and can accommodate 35 people for a cocktail style event. One of the newly renovated areas of the Hotel, it will be sure to impress your guests and offer a comfortable, modern setting perfect for any event.

Greenhouse RestaurantThe Feathers Greenhouse Restaurant is the perfect space to host an intimate dinner or gathering. Our menu highlights South Australia’s finest produce. Executive Chef, Chris and his team cook extensively with the Jasper Charcoal oven/grill. Fuelled only by Malley coal, it contributes unique aromas and flavours that no other oven or grill can produce.
Doulton RoomThe Doulton Room offers you a private function area which can accommodate a maximum of 35 people in a cocktail setting.

CAKEAGEThe Feathers Hotel welcomes you to bring your own cake to help celebrate your functions. Our friendly kitchen staff will serve your cake for $30.

DECORATINGIn the event that you wish to use decorations for your functions or event, please discuss with our team.

LICENSINGGuests under the age of 18 are permitted to be on the Hotel premises when in the company of a parent orguardian but must vacate by midnight. Organizers of the function will be held responsible for all guests under 18 years. Liquor must not under any circumstances be supplied to a minor. Staff will refuse to serve alcohol to any guests unable to show suitable proof of age ID e.g. Proof of age card, Driver’s License or Passport. Management and staff practice Responsible Service of Alcohol and thus reserve the right to refuse service to anyone showing anti-social behaviour or signs of intoxication. All-inclusive drink packages are subject to the Feathers Hotel liquor licensing management plan service standards.
RESPONSIBILITYOrganisers are financially responsible for any damage or breakage sustained to the Hotel or equipment hired by The Feathers Hotel on the organizers behalf, by the organizer or any of their guests. The Feathers Hotel will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to personal effects left within the Hotel during or after the function.
CLEANINGGeneral cleaning is included in the cost of your function, however if cleaning requirements are excessive, additional charges will be incurred. If candles are to be used and wax is found on any surface area which requires a professional cleaner to fix the surface, you will be charged accordingly.
