RECOGNIZED INDUSTRY LEADERS

Marketability is a key factor in the successful design of student housing. Architects must be respectful of budget restraints while achieving building efficiency, flexibility and the comforts of home. With over 15,000 student housing units complete and another 4,000 units in design, PGAL is an industry-leader in the design and delivery of innovative, budget-conscious, and aesthetically pleasing campus housing.

Our residential team works with the housing and residential life staff to determine the correct sizing and types of units required as well as support spaces necessary for flexible programming and to serve the students’ needs, such as multi-purpose spaces, classrooms, individual study rooms, amenities and convenience retail.

The result is sustainable, flexible and marketable student housing projects that complement and enhance the campuses in which they are found.
