Steam boilers from 0.5 to 10.0 t/h The DANSTOKER 3-pass boiler, type PFH, is the optimal boiler design for combustion of biomass, such as wood pellets, wood chips, straw and other types of biomass. The boilers are suitable for plants in the capacity range up to 6,500 kW with a design pressure of 4.0 barg, for hot water, and up to 24 barg for steam. Basically the boiler is a traditional DANSTOKER boiler - i.e. your guarantee of high quality, out-standing performance parameters, safety of opera-tion and longevity. The boiler - incorporating the best characteristics of the conventional boiler and traditional combustion systems - has been designed by DANSTOKER’s experienced engineers in close co-operation with leading European suppliers of bio-mass combustion systems and this successful co-operation has resulted in a special boiler, particu-larly suitable for granulate bio-mass.

The PFH boiler features the following major ad-vantages:

• Prepared for incorporation of an integrated bio-

mass burner (not included in the DANSTOKER supply)

• A compact and straightforward boiler design (no foundation needed)

• Reduced overall scope of supply as compared to conventional biomass heating plants

• Maintenance-free The boiler may alternatively (as option) be fired with liquid biofuel or biogas, alt. traditional fuels. The design of the PFH boiler complies with a vari-ety of international design codes and so, on re-quest, the boiler may be supplied with the relevant third-party approvals, required by the boiler authori-ties in the country of installation.
