Campbell & Associates (Chartered Quantity Surveyor) RE: Petrotrin Main Office Building at Forest Reserve, Fyzabad The purpose of the meeting was to clarify areas of a Valuation Report carried out at Forest Reserve Main Office Building Site, by A. Campbell & Associates. Mr. Carr and Mr. Bridgemohan, highlighted their queries pertaining to the report, which Mr. Mohammed was able to clarify for the Petrotrin team. In conclusion, the Petrotrin team was satisfied with the response by Mr. Mohammed and agreed that the firm of A. Campbell & Associates, was not fully informed of the additional works that was carried out and has agreed to furnish A. Campbell & Associates with the Bills of Quantities for him to cost, for works that was completed in the abovementioned project. Requests By Petrotrin Team: 1. Include the cost of "Furniture & Fittings" within the elemental cost of the Report. 2. Price the Bills of Quantities for the works that has been completed and also works to be done 2.1. BOQ to be priced for “New Main Building Forest Reserve” 2.1.1 Foundation & Frame

Cost of the above works listed in Item 2, if any, to be forwarded to Mr. Carr & Mr. Bridgemohan 3. Request for A. Campbell & Associates to prepare on a bi-annual/ annual basis revised rates for various components of work that is recurring on new and maintenance projects. 4. A. Campbell & Associates to lecture to the Construction Team at Petrotrin on measurement and tender procedures in relation to preparation of tender packages.

ACTIONS: (FOR ABOVE ITEMS) 1. Adjust report to include for Furniture & Fittings 2. Mr. Bridgenohan to e-mail the BOQs mentioned in Item 2.1.1-2.1.7 to A.Campbell & Associates office 3. & 4. A. Campbell & Associates willing to fulfill the Requests but further discussions and consent to proceed would be required from Petrotrin Meeting ended at 11:30 A.M. Follow up meeting as needed.
