Honble Supreme Court of India uphold animal rights in recent
judgements, passed in Jallikattu
case and elephant became National heritage animal of India but
they are being abused for
personnel gain and profit, ride, joy, entertainment, publicity
and political tool as well. Article 51A (g) of Indian Constitution
defined fundamental duties of every citizen, where as all MP /
MLA
/ Minister and Judges taking oath but they failed to perform
their fundamental duties because
animals are being badly abused, due to toothless
legislation.
Following information required under RTI Act, 2005:1. Copies of
draft bills of animal welfare act replacing PCA Act, 1960.
2. Complete list of captive elephants in India along with their
micro chip number, mandatory as
per section 38-H of Wildlife Protection Act, 1972.3. Complete
list of facilities in details, provided to these captive elephants
along with the
availabilities of
proper shed, treatment and care along with tranquilizer guns
etc.4. Details of purpose, for which private ownership were given
and elephants are being used for.
5. Complete copies of orders passed about elephant Sunder by
MoEF and CWLW of
Maharashtra and copies of legal action taken against Sunder
custodians because complaint has
been lodged by Naresh Kadian in Delhi and Celina Jaitely in
Mumbai to book Vinay Kore, MLAwith other abuser custodians of
Sunder.
6. Copies of orders passed by the Rajasthan High Court (Jaipur
Bench) about banning use of iron
ankush on elephants, copies of compliance report as well.
7. Complete list of performing animals registered with the
Animal Welfare Board of India alongwith the present status of these
performing animals.
8. Complete list of performing animals rescued along with the
present status of these rescued
animals.9. There are many illegal zoos are functioning in India,
many wild animals are being kept
illegally but enforcement agencies failed to perform their
official and constitutional duties,

Ministers / MP / MLAs as well, to rescue and further
rehabilitation. Please supply me the copies
of legal action taken against these illegal zoos, FIRs lodged
and list of animal rescued from these
illegal zoos.10. One male elephant became dangerous to public in
Rampur Maniharan, Saharanpur (UP) and
concerned people were booked by DFO, recommendations were also
given to cancel the private
ownership, hence supply me the copies of DFO recommendations,
action taken by the CWLW ofUP along with the noting part.11.
Reptiles ownership were given by the CWLW of Delhi, supply me the
copies of these
ownership along with purpose on which, these ownership were
issued along with the present
status of these reptiles.12. Purpose of allowing elephants in
Haryana, Punjab, Delhi, Rajasthan, UP, Uttrakhand.
13. Copies of transportation rules for camels by road, rail, sea
and on foot.
14. Details of National Cattle Development Board, as per BJP
manifesto, cow progeny
protection as well.
