Embryo-Response Incubation™

Embryo-Response Incubation™ is Petersime’s patented technology guaranteeing a constant interaction between the embryo and its incubation environment:

By on-line diagnosis of the incubation parameters, the system constantly and interactively adapts them to create the optimal environment for each specific batch of eggs.

Scientific research and extensive field trials have proven that chick quality and hatchability as well as post-hatch performance largely benefit from this active control of embryo-response parameters.

Monitoring and control

Petersime’s Eagle Eye™ is a revolutionary software package that allows hatchery managers to monitor and control their entire hatchery from one single Command Centre PC. It provides an integrated solution for all of the key parameters and settings in the hatchery: incubators, room conditions, cooling water temperatures, parameters related to air handling, etc.

With features such as the alarm overview and the historical trending tool, Eagle Eye™ is an indispensable tool for hatchery managers that aim to further optimise their equipment’s performance and, as a consequence, their hatchery’s results.

• The AirStreamerPlus™ is the standard model, offering all functions and features of a modern single-stage incubator.

• The BioStreamer™ is the top-of-the-range model, adding an extended user interface and autopilot functions based on Embryo-Response Incubation™ parameters.

• The BioStreamer™ HD or High Density is engineered for higher capacity, resulting in reduced investment costs. This is achieved by placing the eggs in honeycomb shaped setter trays, which allow setting 12% more eggs on the same surface.

• The BioStreamer™ Re-Store is a 12-trolley incubator designed to apply short periods of heat treatment during storage, restoring a significant part of the losses caused by long storage times.

The BioStreamer™ HD is Petersime’s state-of-the-art high capacity incubator.

Petersime offers a wide variety of setters and hatchers for chicken, turkey, goose, and duck eggs. Capacities range from 16,800 to 129,024 eggs.

Our services Turnkey hatcheries

Trays and baskets

Petersime has developed solid but lightweight trays and baskets that are designed for intensive use. They are washable in automatic washing machines at up to 85° and have excellent chemical resistance, rigidity and dimensional stability for op-timum use in hatchery automation systems.

Hatchery performance is usually measured in terms of hatchability and chick quality, but there is more. To be really competitive, hatcheries must use all of their inputs as economically and efficiently as possible.

We design, deliver and install your complete hatchery within the predefined time frame and budget and provide you with support over the lifetime of your hatchery. Petersime has more than 40 years of experience in designing turnkey hatcheries. We have already installed numerous turnkey hatcheries over the world, and more than 6,000 hatchery layout drawings have been made by our experts.

HVAC

We design and install tailor-made hatchery air handling and air conditioning systems for all climates. Our unique Eco-VAC™ solution provides sufficient fresh air, the right environmental temperature, and adjusted humidity levels for every hatchery room, with minimal energy consumption.

Trolleys

Our trolleys are welded solidly and have an extra coating that protects them from corrosion. All Petersime trolleys are suitable for automated washing systems. They have an ergonomic design and low roll resistance, making them easy to handle.
