This book peter and the starcatchers is about a boy named peter, who is an orphan and is put on to an old raggidy ship called the Neverland with some other orphans, and after what people say is the most valuable treasure put to sea is misplaced on to the Neverland when it was supposed to go on a ship called the wasp, The fastest ship afloat the sea, but after a pirate called black stache( the most feared pirate in the seven seas) finds out about the treasure, he is now on a mission to find the treasure and take it. And with peter and his friends being the only people knowing about the misplaced treasure, it is their job to protect it from evil at all costs for anyone who finds it has the power to take over the world.

Peter

Peter is an orphan, Peter and some other orphans were put on a ship called the Neverland peter is the oldest of the orphans and they all look up to him. He is very brave, and very tough and willing to do what ever it takes for the other orphans, especially an orphan named James.

Molly

Molly is a girl that peter bumps into on the Neverland, the only reason molly is on the Neverland is to protect the hidden treasure on the Neverland from going into the wrong hands. It is her duty as a Starcatcher to protect the power hidden inside the chest, it is the most valuable treasure put to sea. and molly needs peters help for this daring mission to protect the chest from evil.

Black stache

Black Stache is the most feared pirate in the seven seas, he rides fastest ship in the sea called the sea devil. Until a new ship is built called the wasp, it is carrying the most valuable treasure put to sea, or so they think

Alf

Alf is a crew member of the neverland and has witnessed the true power of the secret inside the chest and now, just like peter is urging to see what is inside, so joins molly and peter to protect the chest
