01 Complete new client information form. To obtain form, log onto:
www.recservices.iastate.edu/fitness or stop by the Recreation Services Administrative Office: (515) 294-6905
02 Make an appointment with Nora Hudson to review your paperwork and match you
with a personal trainer.
03 Your trainer will contact you to schedule your fitness assessment.

TRAINING OPTIONSFitness assessment plus three sessions to get you started on an effective workout plan or introduce new exercises for continued fitness challenges.
Testing various components of fitness including cardiovascular, strength, flexibility, and muscular imbalances.
Best deal to start your new commitment to improving your fitness. Train with two people to work toward improving your fitness together together, developing a workout partner to keep you going after the personal training sessions are finished. Fee includes a fitness assessment plus five sessions.
A free session where personal trainers demonstrate correct form and operation of fitness equipment.Attendees receive a free instruction brochure. See website for session times.

WHO ARE WE? WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?
ONE-ON-ONEMeet with a personal trainer one-on-one for an hour session. Choose from 4, 8, 12, 16, and 20 sessions. The first session is a fitness assessment to see where your current fitness level is to design a specific fitness program for your goals.
