• Background• My background in declaring a Personal principles for

myself is quite a task to do at this point in my life. • I started my first real job while I was a junior in high

school and have never stopped. I enjoy a job well done, and therefore I love to work and like the feeling that Iam doing something for myself and overall for everyoneelse around me.

• I have been in all retail jobs since that junior year in high school, and I have learned a lot ofwhat it is like to work with co-workers and with thepublic. I am a very active person in all of my jobs that Ihave done, I have interacted with all types of people andmanagers at all levels. I have acquired many skills fromall of them and most of all it takes time to figure outwhat your true passion is for a job that gets you movingand never want to quite.

• I am taking small baby steps to find the that, “it” job for the rest of my life. However, I will never quitand if it takes many j0bs until I find it; well, then so be it. I do have afew future jobs that I think I would love, but I will tell you in theend.

• Management“Our chief want it someone who will inspire us to be what we know we could be.”

Ralph Waldo Emerson

• I want to be a good manager someday for whatever I finally find myself doing. I want someone to inspire me, so then in return I can go out and inspire others.

• The only way to mange, is to first manage yourself. This to me isn’t something that just comes in a flash, but takes years of trying new things in life and not being afraid to take risks for yourself.

• Working in management is not an easy task at hand because you have to handle working with all types of people, yet when you are grounded with yourself, this will make all the tasks that come your way easier to deal with.

• I know that managing myself is going to be a life long process for me, I am still here alive today and not going to quite anytime soon.

• SO, being in any type of management position I will have to remember what I have learned, so I can over all inspire others to what they can be.

• LAB-(Listen-Ask-Build)

• Listen• Listening is key in for all managers.

• Listening is the study of ideas and feelings before responding and then we ready, respond with their words and ideas to allow their Feelings to come across.

• Active listening is a non-verbal communication tool that will help the person with whom you are speaking with; Such has: eye contact, hand gestures, body language, and nodding, These are all feedback for the person speaking and show that you are listening.

• I know that I listen! I keep my mouth shut when need to be so I can get the information in my brain to process.

• I like to hear what people have to say about all topics, I hope to cross that over into becoming a good manager someday and make sure that I am listening to the needs of my co-workers.

• Mission• A mission is important statement for all

managers. This keeps things on tasks and goals sorted out to reach them.

• Everyone should have a mission statement for where they want to go.

• My mission has a human being living on this amazing earth that we all share is it to become what God wants me to be, by keeping his faith and letting go of what, “I think” I need and want.

• My mission as a woman is to understand that I am captivating, terrific, kind, loving, and always be there for other woman. Everyday is hard for me and I am glad of how far I have come.

• My mission and over all passion is to promote health and wellness. I love being around others who love fitness, beauty, and health. I will work in an work setting for that someday,

• My mission has a manager is to be one someday!
