Within personal online banking, from a desktop / laptop device, online statements and online notices can be

viewed for 18+ months. Depending on the type of account the following documents are typically available

electronically:

• Online Statements: Account Statements (Checking, Savings, Money Market)

• Online Notices:• 1098 Mortgage Interest Statement• 1099-A, 1099-C, 1099-INT, 1099-Q, 1099-R, 1099-SA • 5498 IRA, 5498-SA HSA • Automatic Advance Notice• CD Automatic Renewal Notice• CD Statement• Deposit Follow up Overdraft Notices• Escrow Analysis• Final Maturity Notices• Interest Notice by Loan

• Loan Billing Notice• Loan parameterized Statements• Loan Regulation Z Statements• Loan Sweep Transactions• Mortgage Loan Periodic Statements• NSF Notices• Past Due Loan Notices• Stop Payment• Sweep Transfer Notice

• Login to Online Banking

• Hover over Additional Services and select Online

Statements & Notices

• In the disclaimer pop up select OK

• Select the applicable account from the displayed

listing.

Note: Each account must be modified separately as

notification preferences are setup on a per account

basis.

• Select Continue

• Select Notification Preferences

• Make preferred notification changes

• To turn off notices ensure the checkmark is

removed.

• Select Save
