Debit Card Alerts Overview
This service is used to receive a text message or e-mail, real-time, when your LegacyTexas debit card is used.
Set custom alerts for transaction types and dollar amounts within the following parameters:
• International Transactions
• Alert me when activity occurs on my account when outside the country of my billing address.
• Online Activity
• Alert me when transactions are made online.
• Decline Transactions
• Alert me when a transaction is declined.
• Large Transactions (More than $20)
• Set Alert Thresholds

Registering for Debit Card Alerts
• Login to your Online Banking via a desktop
or laptop device
• Hover over Additional Services
• Select Debit Card Alerts
• A new tab will open to initiate LegacyTexas

Registering for Debit Card Alerts
• Scroll to the middle of the page and locate Preference
Selection Website section.
• Select Register / Manage
• The Preference Registration page will appear. Enter your
full card number and select Next.
• Review and accept the Terms & Conditions.
• Select Next
Note: If your registered Debit Card is lost or stolen; you may
still receive alerts on the card. For assistance with
deactivating alerts please Contact Us.

Registering for Debit Card Alerts
For your security, enter requested information into the
provided fields.
• What is your Card Expiration Date (MM/YY)?
• Note: When your card expiration date changes you must
update it within card alerts to continue to receive notices.
• What is your Zip Code?
• Select Next.
Note: If an error is received, please contact LegacyTexas directly
to review the card information on file.

Registering for Debit Card Alerts
• Select Create New
• Enter a Nickname to manage registrations associated with this card.
• Choose the Default Destination by selecting the radio button:
Email Address
Enter and Re-Enter to Confirm Email Address
Phone Number
Enter and Re-Enter to Confirm Mobile Phone Number
• Select Complete Registration
Note: LegacyTexas alerts are sent with varying frequency as they are generated when a pre-set condition on your account has been met. Reply HELP to 26499 or call 972-578-5000 for help. Reply STOP to 26499 to cancel messages.
Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not responsible for undelivered messages.

• Login to your Online Banking via a desktop
or laptop device
• Hover over Additional Services
• Select Debit Card Alerts
• A new tab will open to access LegacyTexas

• Select Register / Manage
• The Preference Registration page will appear. Enter your
full card number and select Next.
• Review and accept the Terms & Conditions.
• Select Next
For your security, enter requested information into the

• What is your Zip Code?
• Select Next.

Manage Debit Card Alerts
• Select the card from the previous registration dropdown
• Select Next.
• To modify an existing alert:
• Select Edit or Delete next to the alert in question.
• To add an additional alert:
• Select Add New Alert
Changes are typically effective immediately. However,
updates may take one business day to be in effect.
