Perry Hall News!
Friday 27th November
Welcome to Perry Hall News, a weekly newsletter to celebrate our achievements
and keep you up-to-date with upcoming events.
Parent Consultations...
Thank you to everyone that joined us for our
parent consultations this week. We are really
pleased that they went so smoothly and we still managed to get the opportunity to discuss the progress your child has made so far this year. As always, if you have any remaining questions or concerns then please contact us.
Polite Parking Notice...
The increasing number of cars outside school at the beginning and end of the day is a common issue for many schools up and down the country. We encourage children to walk to school wherever possible. We politely request that parents/carers park in surrounding roads with thought and consideration for our children, other adults and the local community. Please obey the restrictions in place and do not park in an obtrusive manner:
Do not park, or wait on the yellow ‘Keep Clear’ markings, these are there to
keep children safe.
Do not park blocking driveways, this is classed as an unnecessary obstruction.
Do not park blocking dropped kerbs. These are in place to allow access to wheelchairs and prams.
We strive for the safety of our children, parents/carers, staff and the local community and ask that when parking you do so considerately.
Thank you to everyone who already parks in a safe and considerate fashion. Your co-operation in this matter is appreciated.
Important Coronavirus Reminder... If your child or any member of your
household or support bubble displays any symptoms of Coronavirus, your entire household or support bubble must self
isolate until a test result is obtained. School also needs to be informed under
any circumstance: whether your child has been in school, absent for any reason or if your child/family have been isolating and
your child starts displaying symptoms/tests positive while off.
Are you this week’s star of the week?
A child from each class is chosen as Star of the Week
for doing something special during that week. It may be
related to their work, behaviour and/or their attitudes
to learning .
