that allows the passage of water vapour
through it whilst preventing liquid water to
pass through it.

Permavent Graphite is a strong 130g/m² breather membrane suitable for use in all types of domestic and commercial
roofing and walling applications within all wind zones in the UK for underlays used for specific applications as described in
BS 5534.
The zone suitability only applies where a well sealed ceiling is present, ridge height is not greater than 15m, roof pitch is
between 12.5° and 75°, site altitude is not greater than 100m and no significant site topography is present.
LABC consider that, Permavent Graphite will meet the functional requirements of the Building
Regulations (listed below) if the criteria detailed in this certificate are met;
