Mail is routed via ground transportation to the Jacksonville Bulk Mail Center for processing and tender to the contracted cargo shipper.

Arrives at the BMC within 1-2 days, if the origin facility is within 800-1000 mile radius.

Carriers alternate scheduling each month.  Horizon Line – July Sea Star – August

Both carriers sail on Tuesday and Friday only
