El panel nervado PERFRISA® esun elemento aislante que se utiliza comorecubrimiento en cubiertas y fachadas.

El panel se compone de dos para-mentos metálicos con un núcleo de espumade poliuretano y de tapajuntas.

El tapajuntas tiene por objetogarantizar la estanqueidad y permite notener en cuenta los vientos dominantes a lahora del montaje. Cubre y Protege las fija-ciones de la Corrosión.

La plaqueta, con una superficie deajuste de 30 cm², asegura el ensamblaje delos dos paneles, permite una sola fijaciónpor correa y reparte los esfuerzos evitandoque el tornillo pueda perforar la chapa exte-rior, ofreciendo la posibilidad de duplicar lafijación en el caso de que las solicitacioneslo requieran.

The PERFRISA® ribbed panel isan insulating element used for roof and wallcladding.

The panel consists of two metalskins with a core of polyurethane foam anda cover plate that protects the joints.

The purpose of the cover plate isto guarantee watertightness. Moreover itallows the effect of the prevailing winds tobe ignored when the structure is erected. Itcovers the fastenings and protects themagainst corrosion.

The cover plate, with an area of 30cm², holds two panels together - allowing asingle fastening to be used per purlin - anddistributes the stresses, thus eliminating anypossibility of the screw perforating the outerskin. The fastening points can be doubled ifthe loads make it necessary.

La concepción de esta junta entrepaneles ofrece una serie de ventajas que acontinuación enumeramos:-No existe riesgo de goteras en sus fijacio-nes, al estar ocultas por el tapajuntas.-Elimina el puente térmico en los puntos defijación.-Elimina bordes metálicos expuestos redu-ciendo el riesgo de oxidación.-Hace posible el uso de fijaciones cortas, deesta manera reduce las cargas laterales enla cabeza del tornillo.

Se fabrica en una línea en conti-nuo donde las caras exterior e interior sonperfiles conformados en frío. El aislamientode poliuretano expandido se inyecta entrelas dos caras para un espesor predetermi-nado, formando un conjunto compacto ytotalmente integrado. A continuación elpanel se corta a la longitud deseada.

La estanqueidad de una construc-ción realizada con Panel Nervado PERFRI-SA® es absoluta, hasta con pendiente del5%, siempre y cuando se realice un monta-je adecuado.

This design of the panel joint offersa series of advantages, listed below: -There is no risk of leaks occurring at thefastenings, as these are hidden by the coverplate.-It eliminates the thermal bridge at the fas-tening points.-It eliminates exposed metal edges andreduces the risk of rusting.-It allows the use of short fastening ele-ments and so reduces the lateral stresseson the screw head.

The PERFRISA® panel is fully re-usable. Should there be an accident or if anextension is required, dismantling and re-erection can be done quickly with no loss ofquality.

Constructions made with PERFRI-SA® Ribbed Panel offer absolute water-tightness, provided the erection is perfor-med properly.

-Acero: Perfil de chapa de 0,5 mm. de espesorde acero galvanizado por inmersión en un bañode zinc fundido según norma UNE 36130 con elrecubrimiento requerido en cada caso(Poliéster, Plastisol, PVF-2, etc.).

-Aluminio: Perfil de aluminio lacado 0,8 mm. deespesor. Este material cumple con los valoresdictados por el Aluminium Association (AA),Afnor y UNE 38381.

Cara Interior:-Acero: Perfil de chapa de 0,5 mm. de espesorde acero galvanizado por inmersión en un bañode zinc fundido según norma UNE 36130 con elrecubrimiento requerido en cada caso(Poliéster, Plastisol, PVF-2, etc.).

-Aluminio: Perfil de aluminio lacado 0,6 mm. deespesor. Este material cumple con los valoresdictados por el Aluminium Association (AA),Afnor y UNE 38381.

2.- AISLAMIENTO:

El espacio comprendido entre las doscaras es rellenado completamente por inyec-ción con espuma de poliuretano rígido (densi-dad media 40 kg/m3). Desde el año 1994,ARCELOR CONSTRUCCIÓN fabrica lospaneles PERFRISA® sin CFC'S y desde el 1 deabril de 2002 sin HCFC'S. Asímismo, ARCE-LOR CONSTRUCCIÓN ha desarrollado lospaneles con espuma aislante de polisocianura-to (PIR), que mejoran sustancialmente lascaracterísticas de reacción al fuego de los pane-les de poliuretano tradicionales.

3.-TAPAJUNTAS:

Es un perfil con un acabado igual alde la cara exterior del panel. Los espesores deeste perfil, dependiendo del tipo de material, sonlos siguientes: 0,5 mm. para el acero y 0,8 mm.para el aluminio.

3.- COVER PLATE:

This section has the same finish asthe exterior weather sheet of the panel., Thethickness of this section depends on the type ofmaterial: 0.7 mm for steel and 0.8 mm for alumi-nium.

DAMPALON

DAMPALON:

Existe la posibilidad de suminis-trar un traslucido en policarbonato con lamisma geometría que el panel y un espe-sor de 30 mm., con una longitud de hasta12 m. El Dampalon no permite solapes nide traslúcido a panel ni de traslúcido atraslúcido.

Nota: Para espesores de panel superioresa 30 mm. se deben calzar las correas enla zona de traslúcido.

DAMPALON:

It is possible to supply a polycar-bonate translucent sheet with the samegeometry as the panel, with a thickness of30 mm and a maximum length of 12 m.Dampalon does not allow any overlap oftranslucent sheet on panel nor of translu-cent sheet on translucent sheet.

Note: For panel thicknesses over 30 mm,purlings need to be shimmed in the trans-lucent area.

LUCERNARIO PARABÓLICO:

Otra forma de obtener ilumi-nación cenital en una construcciónrealizada con Panel Nervado PER-FRISA® consiste en la colocacióndel Lucernario Parabólico.

La pieza base o módulo deeste lucernario está formada por unaplaca de policarbonato celular ter-moconformada, entre las cualesexiste una cámara de aire, ofrecien-do el conjunto un coeficiente de ais-lamiento térmico de sólo 2,7 Kcal/m²h.ºC.

El conjunto se complementacon unos perfiles de refuerzo que sefijan a los nervios del panel, y unostesteros que sirven de piezas de ter-minación. Entre las ventajas másimportantes destacaremos el exce-lente comportamiento a la intempe-rie, la elevada transparencia y la nodegradación en el tiempo.

PARABOLIC SKYLIGHT:

The Parabolic Skylight offersan alternative roof lighting solutionin a construction executed with PER-FRISA® Ribbed Panels.

The basic part or module ofthis skylight consists of a termosea-led cellular polycarbonate plate, for-ming an air chamber; the assemblyhas a thermal insulation coefficientof only 2.7 Kcal/m² h.ºC.

The skyl ight is completedwith reinforcing sections that arefastened to the ribs of the panel andend finish pieces. Among the mostimportant advantages, we shouldmention its excellent weather resis-tance, high degree of transparencyand absence of degradation overtime.
