Jonathan Hebben, SSC Chairperson, introduced the SSC Leadership Team (LT), SSC Sub-Team Leads, Task Group Representatives, and first-time attendees introduced themselves.

Routing of the Attendance List - Completed

The Code of Ethics and Anti-Trust & Conflict of Interest (pg. 7 Attendees Guide) were reviewed by Jonathan Hebben, SSC Chairperson. The SSC viewed the PRI anti-trust video.

Jonathan Hebben, SSC Chairperson, reviewed the Agenda and the SSC Rules of Engagement

Motion made by Dale Harmon and seconded by Dennis Reidy to approve the 19-JUN-2018 meeting minutes as written.

2.0 SSC MEMBERSHIP CHANGES / AWARDS

The following changes have been made in consultation with Richard Blyth, NMC Chair, and will take effect after report-out at Steering.

Gary White will become the SSC Co-Vice ChairJeremy Needs will become the SSC Co-Vice ChairGary White will replace Lisa Jensen-Donahoe as the Mentoring Sub-team LeadShelly Lawless will replace Gary White as the TG Rep Sub-team Lead

The following changes will be made after Task Group approval and report-out at Steering.

Ken Nelson is the TG Rep for the AQS Task GroupGerardo Montano is the TG Rep for the Seals Task Group

3.0 NMC CHAIR ADDRESS

Richard Blyth, NMC Chair, addressed the SSC General Meeting attendees.

4.0 PROPRIETARY INFORMATION PRESENTATION

Richard Blyth presented.

Question of Self Audit checklist information vs pre-audit information uploading into eAuditNet 30 days before audit. NMC and PRI Quality Manager stated that the self-audit checklist was a ‘yes’ and pre-audit information was a ‘no’. But a supplier stated that some task groups do require pre-audit information to be uploaded in eAuditNet 30 days before the audit.
