Performance Management
Performance ManagementIt is helpful to see performance management as a cyclical process, which involves at the most basic level: reviewing information from the previous cycle of activity to decide what the plan for the future will be; taking action to deliver the plan; and then assessing how successful delivery has been in order to inform the plan for the future. (Home Office: A Practical Guide to Police Performance Management)
