In case of failure to pay, the advance payment, as per the schedule specified in the present contract, the hotel reserves the absolute right to unilaterally terminate this contract without paying any compensation whatsoever to the client and without serving any prior notice to the client and without the necessity to undertake any judicial or non-judicial procedure or formality.

- 25% upon Agreement signature - 50% to be paid one month prior to the event - 25% to be paid one week prior to the event - Final remaining balance to be settled upon check out

Unless there is a credit facility approved by the financial department, all payments have to be made by:

- Cash or Credit card (Kindly forward a photocopy of both sides of the credit card with authorization to withdraw the concerned amount) - Bank transfer - Please refer to the currency exchange rate applicable at the hotel

In case of cancellation of the event, the client agrees to pay the following compensation to the hotel:

- 1 month prior to the event date: 50% of the estimated total value of the contract.- 1 week prior to the event date: 75% of the estimated total value of the contract. - 48 hours prior to the event date: 100% of the estimated total value of the contract.

Both parties are exonerated of all liability for the partial or full non-execution of the present contract as the result of a fortuitous event, an act by a third party or a case of force majeure such as total or partial strike, war, closure, flood, fire or any other disaster.

In case of death or divorce: - In case of death of close family member, a death certificate needs to be provided; booked event can be postponed and not cancelled. - In case of divorce, official papers have to be presented; booked event would be cancelled with no refund.

TERMS & CONDITIONSThe client agrees: - To keep free access to all fire exit or escape route during the entire duration of the event. - To keep flammable, explosives or hazardous substances or fabric out of the hotel premises. - Not to make alterations to internal arrangements or fabrics of the hotel premises. - To obtain any license or permit required by law or custom in connection with the event. - To remove at his/her expenses: all material, including decoration items, flowers, audio-visual equipment, personal belongings and documen-tation whatsoever brought into the hotel premises for the event. The hotel will dispose any of the above-mentioned items 12 hours after the end of the event and will not accept any liability for loss or damage. * Whilst, the hotel will collect and look after garments, personal belongings and equipment brought into the event, it can accept no liability whatsoever for loss or damage to such items when left in the hotel’s custody. - That all types of fireworks are prohibited inside the hotel. - The hotel reserves the absolute right to unilaterally terminate, without prior notice or compensation whatsoever and without the necessity to undertake any judicial or non-judicial formality or procedure, any agreement which is incompatible, in terms of its purpose or cause, with the use of the let premises or which would be contrary to accepted standards of behaviour or which might disturb the peace or on any other ground whatsoever. - The client agrees to be considered responsible for all damage, destruction or alteration of the facilities and equipment, accidentally or volun-tarily caused by his guests or subcontractors (including florists, musicians, entertainers, decorators…). -The client agrees to cover the cost of reparation, renovation and / or replacement of such damaged facility or equipment as invoiced by the hotel. - The client must inform and get the hotel’s approval prior to the event concerning any type of entertainment that he would like to provide; otherwise the hotel reserves the right to cancel the entertainment. - The hotel has the right to freeze any activities (shooting, interviews…) unless informed and agreed prior to the event.- Entry for all suppliers into the hotel is restricted to the back area of the hotel with prior notice to the hotel. - All suppliers will need to pass by the security desk of the hotel to assure that security badges are provided for entry into the hotel.
