About HSDB
HSDB contains over 4500 chemical records, each of which can have as many as 150 or so fields of data.
HSDB's road scope covers human and animal toxicity, safety and handling, environmental fate, and more.
HSDB data undergoes a high level of peer review by the HSDB Scientific Review Panel.
HSDB contains one record per chemical.
Dati dell’EPA su human risk assessment, focus su dose response
Chemical Carcinogenesis Research Information
About GENE-TOX
GENE-TOX is created by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and contains genetic toxicology (mutagenicity) test data, resulting from expert peer review of the open scientific literature, on some 3000 chemicals.
The GENE-TOX program was established to select assay systems for evaluation, review data in the scientific literature, and recommend proper testing protocols and evaluation procedures for these systems.
Each of TOXNET's toxicology data files (HSDB, IRIS, CCRIS, and GENE-TOX) contains one record per chemical.
GENE-TOX: dati di genotossicità sottoposti a peer review dall’EPA
DART/ETIC: Developmental and Reproductive Toxicology and Environmental Teratology Information Center: dati di tossicologia della riproduzione e dello sviluppo
About DART
The Developmental and Reproductive Toxicology (DART) database consists of citations to literature on chemical, physical, and biological agents that may cause birth defects.
It contains citations to literature published since 1989.
Approximately 60 percent of DART is derived from MEDLINE.
