Oakley will retain the CFO title and will gain responsibility for additional areas within the company. “John has been a tremendous resource for our company since joining, not only providing financial guidance, but also pro- viding leadership for many areas. Robert Amerson, 60, has retired from the Flanders board of directors while Charlie Lee Tingen Jr, Phil Hodges, Wesley Measamer and John Oakley have been nominated to fill open seats on the Flanders board. Lageson, previously assistant general counsel at Pentair, has provided primary legal support on a number of Pentair acquisitions and divestitures including leading the structuring of the Pentair Residential Filtration joint venture. Over the last seven years, she has given legal sup- port to all of Pentair’s global business units and provided leadership on board gover- nance, corporate citizenship and compli- ance initiatives. Before joining Pentair, Lageson was a partner in a Pennsylvania law firm. Ainsworth was named Pentair’s first general counsel in 1997 and since then has played a key leadership role in Pentair’s mergers and acquisitions pro- gramme.
