Pentax K20D Review- A Truly Worth-Remembering One

The Pentax K20D DSLR camera features one of the highest resolutions when it was first announced. As a matter of fact, with its 14.6 megapixel resolution, this camera led the race for consumer DSLR cameras when it comes to megapixel. Of course, the K20D maintains the core basics of its predecessor such as the water-resistant body shake reduction system which is built into the dust-proof, dust removal in order to prevent the dust from attaching to the CMOS sensor, advanced sensitivity priority and shutter & aperture priority modes, support for the Adobe DNG RAW format, and the 11-point wide-frame AF.

In terms of the build design of this DSLR camera, it is almost the same to its predecessor. This is really obvious at your first glance onto it. This is the reason why a lot of people are also interested to the K20D, just like to what they have done in K10D.

Well, as you first take out this camera in its box, you can immediately say that the Pentax K20D DSLR camera is a serious type of camera. Since this camera offers a dimension of 101 x 141 x 70mm along with a weight of over 700g, even without the lens fitted into it, this is really a large and heavy one. This camera also sports a solid feel that contradicts its price tag. Indeed, with that size, this camera is different from the much smaller and entry level cameras of Pentax, indicating the attempt of the company to offer a DSLR camera for professional photographers.

More importantly, the K20D features a histogram after taking a picture.
