PenSys has chosen Citrix Sharefile for the safe and secure exchange of sensitive files. All sensitive files sent to our clients are now encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS) and the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This is the same functionality used by banks and popular e- commerce services for secure communication. Your files will be encrypted when they are at rest, adding an additional layer of security. How to access secure files as a first-time Sharefile user In the guided tour that follows, you’ll see how a user with the appropriate security roles can create an account and access secure files. Step 1: Locating the download link from your email a. Open the email message containing your activation link and instructions and select the “Click here to activate your user account” link. Step 2: Setting up your Sharefile account with your Information b. Your Username is auto populated with the email address to which the files were sent. This is to ensure only the intended recipient will be able to access the secure files. c. Enter your New Password d. Enter your password once more to Confirm Password e. Confirm your First Name f. Confirm your Last Name g. Confirm your Company (Optional) h. Choose Time and Date preferences i. Select Save

Step 3: Viewing/Accessing Your Files a. Once your account is activated, you will be able to view your files. b. Choose to either View or Download your secure file

Step 4: Signing In/Retrieving a Forgotten Password c. If you have forgotten your password, select the Forgot password? Link to begin the reset process. d. A window will pop up asking for your email address. Enter it here, following validation instructions, and select Send. e. Sharefile will send you an email with reset instructions. You should be able to reset your password by clicking the link in the

email.
