The Momentive Performance Materials Pension Plan, will now be administered by Mercer. Please note that this change in plan administrator does not affect the way your pension benefit is determined or change the benefits that you have already accrued.

Mercer is a leading worldwide provider of benefit administration with more than 20 years of experience in providing award-winning services to major corporations. Mercer will provide a broader range of services to Plan Participants, such as live call support, and pension modeling services. These services are outlined in more detail on the following pages.

We know how important your retirement program is to you. That is why we are committed to providing you with the best tools and support to help you understand your Plan and make informed retirement plan decisions.

What does this change mean to me as a Pension Plan Participant?

■■ Access to a new benefits website, www.momentive.mercerhrs.com, that provides you with full inquiry and transactional capabilities for your pension benefits.

With Mercer as the Plan administrator, we will be able to offer enhanced retirement planning services. These will include:

■■ Access to your account by phone, you can call to speak with Dedicated Service Representatives about your benefits from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. eastern Time on any business day.

■■ An online pension estimator that enables you to view distribution options based on your anticipated retirement age.

■■ Online beneficiary maintenance.

You will need your username and password. The first time you log in, your username will be your Social Security number and your password will be the month and day (MMDD) of your birth. Once you have logged in to the site, you will be prompted to change your password. Your username will remain your Social Security number.

By TelephoneContact the Momentive Pension Service Center directly at +1 866 321 0963 or call HRConnect at +1 877 888 7599 and select Momentive Pension Service Center from the options. When calling, you will need your Social Security number and PIN (Personal Identification Number). Your default PIN will be the month and day (MMDD) of your birth. You will be prompted to change your PIN the first time you call.

Important to note:Your online password and telephone PIN number are not linked. Changing your PIN on the telephone system will not update your password on the online system, and vice versa.

In the coming weeks, you will receive a User’s Guide, which will provide additional tips on using the new website tools and features.
