Project Eligibility – Pre-Application• Pre-Application Eligibility Determinations

• Due by March 3, 2014

• Only submit for projects that are not clearly eligible based on the guidance

• Determination to be provided by March 17th

• Use SharePoint to coordinate Eligibility reviews

• All projects will be reviewed for eligibility after submission
