Step 2:Using the template to cut the yellow felt into a
triangle. Leave room for 2 tabs on the short end of the
triangle.
Step 3:Cut the purple felt iusing the G, H, and batshape
templates. Cut a ½ inch wide strip of purple felt and trim it to
fit along the short end of the short end of the yellow
trian-gle.
Step 4:Glue all of the purple felt pieces to the yellow
triangle.
Step 5:Turn your pennant over (purple side down) and glue the
tabs down securing the wooden dowel.
