Ozone therapy is a preventative therapy that deactivates unwanted bacteria, viruses and fungi. It stimulates oxygen in the body. Spa Etiquette

All our guests are welcome to enjoy every aspect of the Spa Facilities. Arrival time is a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your first treatment.

Book your treatments at least a week in advance in order to ensure availability

Kindly switch off phones and electronic devices so that you and others may fully enjoy the tranquil spa environment

Swimming costumes must be worn when using the vitality pool. We will provide a locker, gown and slippers for your comfort and should be worn throughout your stay.

A booking cancellation fee of 50% will be charged on all bookings that are cancelled within 12 hours or less of the appointment time.

Late arrivals will have their treatment times reduced accordingly so as to avoid delaying the next guest, but full price will apply.

The minimum age requirement for access and spa treatments is 16 years. All prices, treatments and information are current at the time of distribution and are subject to revision without prior notice.

We do not recommend the consumption of alcohol before or directly after treatments. We recommend that you drink plenty of water after your spa treatments to promote toxin elimination. Most of the body and skin care products used in treatments are available for purchase, so you can continue your spa experience in the comfort of your home.

Guests with high blood pressure, heart conditions or other medical complications and women who are pregnant should consult their doctor before booking treatments at the spa.
