Today, one of the biggest challenges is the growing environmental pollu-tion, the depletion of the conventional fuels stock such as petroleum or coal and the increasing heating costs. All this causes that either the industry and individual independent economies have recourse to fuels issued from the renewable energy.

The most popular fuel in the class of renewable energies is wood and its deriv-atives. Wood in itself is known very well for a long time, however it is employed more and more economically and effectively thanks to the use of the latest technologies. Fuels which are subjected to mechanical treatment like wood Pel-lets or Briquettes deserve the most attention because they are relatively cheap and are able to reach the same calorific value than conventional fuels.

Pellets and Briquettes establish Biomass which is compressed under high pressure – sawdust, wood waste, wood coal, shavings, peat etc… They are formed without the use of binding substances or chemical supplements. Only a small amount of ashes results from their combustion which could, for its part, be used as a perfect fertilizer. Furthermore, there is no place for impu-rities in the heating appliance due to the cleanliness of the fuel. The newest technical solutions regarding the fully automatic combustion of pellets give rise to the similar maintenance-free which is known from the use of gas or gas oil heating appliances. Wood pellets

It is one of the most popular sort of fuel on the basis of Biomass. Depending on the request, pellets are made by softwood or hardwood, either by a mixture of both kinds of wood. In the overall market they appear as granulates of different diameters (generally from 4 to 10 mm) and length (25 to 40 mm).

Depending on the sort of used raw materials the granulates can emerge in different colors: clear in case of selected softwood or dark in case of selected hardwood. Moreover, the technological process of manufacturing can have a significant role in terms of the color of pellets, even clear sawdust can suc-cumb discoloration.

However the color of the granulates should never be the determinant of qual-ity seeing that the cleanliness of the raw materials and the adequate techno-logical process have the biggest impact on their attributes. Good pellets are characterized by high calorific value, low moisture, sulphur or ash content and high density.

The pellets available in the ECOLINEX offer are exclusively produced by clean wood without any binding substances.

Our Mustang Pellets. Recipe especially developed for animal bedding. Mustang pellets are manufac-tured by pure and dry sawdust. A special produc-tion process guarantees the pellets a strong absorp-tion power, up to 380% of their nominal volumetric mass, while also keeping the dust on a low level.

The characteristics of our product allow to reduce the manure level and smells for an excellent stable atmosphere. There are no additives used during the manufacturing, this leads to the pureness of our product rejecting any risk of allergic reaction by the animals side.

Before packaging, our wood is seasoned during 1 Year and also dried mechan-ically in order to obtain an adequate moisture rate of maximum 20%. Excellent for the use in all types of wood stoves. Possibility to mix both wood sorts on demand.

To improve the animals feeding we offer the possibility to pelletize DDGS. Pel-letized DDGS is similar to common animal food what significantly increases the nourishment process. Furthermore, pelletized DDGS enhances logistics as it is much easier to transport and to store.

Dried Distillers Grains with Solubles (DDGS) are the nutrient rich co-product of dry-milled ethanol production. Its utilization as a feed ingredient is well docu-mented as both, an energy and a protein supplement.

Our DDGS is especially effective for the nourishment of milky cows and feed-ing mares or other animals as alternative to the use of much more expensive soya, raps or sunflower grains. At the same time Dried Distillers Grains do not differ significantly in terms of protein or energy from the protein products men-tioned above. Besides this DDGS is characterized by a high amount of assim-ilable phosphor what leads to lowered costs of the fodder and the reduction of phosphorous excretion.
