This highly dependable pellet mill produces pellets at the minimum costs per ton. Simplest, most rugged, most efficient pellet mill design The power train features two rugged bearing, a main shaft and the die housing. Internal components are heat-treated stainless steel for corrosion resistance, strength, and long life. The pellet mills are noted for the massive main shaft’s durable, on-piece construction. The center main bearings can be lubricated from the rear while the mill is running. Long-term, maintenance-free operation V-belt pellet mills delivers long-term, maintenance-free operation for both severe and light duty applications. The resilient V-belt drive protects the pellet mill from severe shock load while the flywheel effect of the large driven sheave smoothes out pelleting surges. Effective feed distribution A unique one-piece adjustable feed plough design uses fewer bolts for fast, easy adjustment. Ensures uniformity of feed distribution across the face of the die ahead of each roll. Taper die fit- the self-piloting effect makes changing dies fast and easy. Once the die has been aligned with the housing, only 3 mm requires full power torque on the die bolts to complete the press fit. Replaceable wear rings in the housing reduces maintenance costs.
