PT. Sam Kalimantan Putra established on year 1996 base on Notary Certificate No: 134 from Said Ahmad SH Notary at Banjarmasin and changing in several time but the last base on Certificate of minutes on Share holder general meeting no: 1, dated October 9th, 2007 created by Mr. Edi Frans Sarapung SH, MH Notary at Jakarta. b. Capital Structure:

• October 2006 we already have Appointing Location of Coal Port Statement Letter that located at Desa Swarangan, Kecamatan Jorong, Kabupaten Tanah Laut from Ministry of Transportation Republic of Indonesia.

• Others permits such a SIUP, NPWP, TDP (Company basic permits) and others already require the Law No: 1 year 1995 about Limited Company and have status as legal company.

2. Organization and Management Aspects a. Organization Structure: PT. Sam Kalimantan Putra leading by a President Commissioner and a President Director that sub ordinating 4 manager such as:

Year 1974 – 2008, at silica sand mining company (33 years) 2. Year 1994 – 2008, was working at shipping company (14 years) 3. Year 1995 – 2008, at Calsium Carbonat mining (13 years) d. Commissioner Experience’s: Dwi Koerniawan R, SE, MM (30 years old), Business Accountant graduate from Institut Bisnis Indonesia (iBii), and Master of Finance from University of Gajah Mada and from year 2004 untill present working at PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk.

3. Business Range The core business of PT. Sam Kalimantan Putra is Special Coal Port Facility, the main reason that support this business are:

a. Oil reserve in Indonesia become low and as the subsitutes by using coal, where the reserve deposit in Indonesia still over.

b. Presidential Law No : 5 year 2006 about National Energy Policy, where the coal contribute on year 2025 is minimum 33% from the national energy requirement.

c. For distribute the coal is important to have a special port for coal. Considering the problems above and with support by our experience, we confident that SPECIAL PORT FOR COAL BUSINESS WILL HAVE GOOD PROSPECT AND PROFITABLE.

Transporting of Mining Resources prohibited by using Provincial road. e. Strategic position between Banjarmasin City and Pulau Laut (Port of IBT and Port

of Tanjung Pemancingan).

6. Technical Aspects Anticipate increasing the request for Coal Port Facility, PT. Sam Kalimantan Putra in the beginning will build a coal port by using belt conveyor for 500 meters long for loading to barge 300 feet, and now changes to as follows:

• Overland Conveyor and Crushing • Stockpile and Blending Facilities • Barge Unloading Conveyor (1000 ton/hour) – 2 units • Ship Loading Facilities Conveyor (2000ton/hour) • Port Conveyor System

By changing the technical matter will influence the total amount of investment value.

7. Socio Economic Aspects 1. Social Aspects

a. Positively impact by opened jobs. b. Supporting the Government program about National Energy Policy, where the

coal constribute year 2025 minimum 33% from the National Energy Requirement. c. Accelerate the distribution of coal from the coal producer island to coal user

island that useful for Power Plant to fulfilled the national electricity requirement.

2. Economic Aspects a. Increasing workers income. b. Generate provincial income by retribution of minerals and others tax sector. c. Generate tax income, such as :

For marketing the special coal port divide by two targets as follows: a. For the Coal concession owner around the Special Coal Port location less than 15

KM distance to reach the coal port by using truck. b. For the Coal concession and Coal trader who come from the South Kalimantan

Province area and Central Kalimantan Province area to reach the coal port by barge.
