The innovative CLIPSTAR fixing system provides a highly flexible and easy

solution for mounting skirting boards to the wall: The insertion clip system

(patent number EP1866503) can be used with all conventional skirting board

profiles from 40 to 100 mm in height and 14 to 22 mm in thickness. This

patented “Push & Press” technology makes it easy to compensate

for irregularities in the wall structure and allows repeated mounting and

removal of the boards – without requiring any tools. The system is even

ideal for hiding unsightly cables, which are prevented from sinking into

the expansion gap thanks to the integrated clip.

Your mouldings will be securely mounted in no time without leaving any

screws in sight, which ensures the best possible appearance in the end.

To mount mouldings, simply mark drill holes at a distance of

25 - 50 cm with a pencil. After drilling the holes, insert the included

dowel and screw the steel clip into the wall. After cables have been

inserted, moulding can be attached by pressing onto clip and removed

again just as easily.

CLIPSTAR steel clips are manufactured using

especially robust spring steel with corrosion

protection. The CLIPSTAR system is delivered

in boxes of 50 or in bags of 12 steel clips,

including screws and dowels.
