Lead and supervised eight operator controllers and dealt with major operational anomalies by analyzing, troubleshooting, and recovering the system using Standard Operating Procedures and System Engineer guidance. Tested new operational software for major system upgrade receiving two best team certificates. Lead operator controller crucial on recovering from major anomalies. Became the subject matter expert for ground system technical information and system anomaly troubleshooting. I Monitor real-time operational data and implemented critical procedures in response to anomalous behavior. Tested and repair and replace systems hardware for ground operation systems for national communication assets.
