PECOS Self-Service Kiosks The following walk-thru will assist a caller when they are having issues with locating the Application Status in Internet Based Pecos.

1. The user will go to the PECOS log in page: https://pecos.cms.hhs.gov. On

the right side of the screen is a blue bar saying "Helpful

Links". Select "Application Status."

2. The user chooses either "Individual" or "Organization."

3. The user will enter the required information in the fields with red

asterisks * and select "Search."

4. All applications or revalidations associated to the information entered,

that were submitted to, or opened by, the MAC within the last 90 days,

will appear in the Search Results. The user selects "View Status."

5. The "Enrollment Information" and the "Status" of the PECOS

application will be shown. The user is advised to contact the MAC for

additional information.

"Who Should I Call?”

1. The user will go to https://pecos.cms.hhs.gov and select the "Who

Should I Call?" link under the User ID and Password boxes. A table

indicating EUS or MAC will show who to call in what situations.
