There are two ways to generate reports in Pearson Benchmark Online My Custom Reports

You can match the method you use to generate reports to your needs.

The latest release of Pearson Benchmark included some improvements in the “User’s” service Increased ease of adding users Role-based user groups

User Roles in Pearson Benchmark

Pre-requisite:

Must be a District Administrator, with access to the School Data module.

To manage user roles, select the Manage People link.

Changing an existing user’s role within the

same school.

1. Select the user. Wildcards (*) are very useful.

2. Select the user type, the organization and the school. Click Search.

3. Click the hyperlink of the username to edit their properties.

Selecting Account Status

1. Select the appropriate account status. See page 6 of the School Data Module Benchmark User Guide for specific permissions.

2. Select the SAVE button.

3. Changes to the permission level are immediate, except in the Reports module. Reports access for new and updated administrators will be available in approximately 24 hours.
