Care and Cleaning for your Fabric Upholstery

Spot Cleaning1. Treat spills and stains as soon as possible. Gently scrape any soil or blot (don't rub) with a clean, white absorbent cloth.2. Identify the type of fabric by checking the manufacturer's care tag. Knowing the fabric content and nature of the spill

is important to determine which type of cleaners and cleaning methods should be used.3. Pre test all spot removal solutions in a hidden area of the fabric.

Using a white absorbent towel press it firmly against each colour of the fabric and hold it in place for 10 to 15 seconds. Examine the towel for dye transfer from the fabrics. If colours have bled into the towel, then the fabric is not colourfast for that type of solution. Allow fabric to dry completely. Do not proceed with cleaning if the pre-tested area does not dry clear or causes any other unusual changes to the fabric.NB: Use soap or detergents sparingly! lt is not possible to remove the residue properly and this may result in over wetting, water marks and other stains and damage. Soap and detergent residue left on the fabric can attract soil quickly.

to the treated fabric or underneath the same which affects TMthe application of Supershield Fabric Protector with

TMHealthGuard to the fabric concerned.d) by application to materials which are ripped or torn or have

been subject to vandalism, accident or alteration.e) general soiling or normal wear and tear.f) furnishings used for commercial or rental purposes.

To obtain service within terms of this warranty, contact Furniture Solutions NZ Ltd. Include your name, address, date of SuperShield application and description of the problem. All claims must be made within Ten days after the customer

Furniture Solutions NZ Ltd warrants to the original owner only of this new furniture that if the fabric is properly TMtreated with SuperShieId Fabric Protector with HealthGuard and becomes permanently stained within five

years from the date of application as a result of ordinary water or oil based stains during normal use. Furniture Solutions will be responsible for cleaning the stained area of the fabric on the furniture.
