For millennia,meditation has beenan exclusivelyspiritual practice forserious seekers. Byquieting the mind
and deeply relaxingthe body, the meditator experiencesdeep states of inner peace, andultimately, higher states ofawareness. There are many subtlebenefits of practicing meditationgreater intuition, compassion,awareness, focus, among othersbutthey are ancillary. Ultimately,meditation is the practice of mysticsseeking union with God.

evaluations and low cost
gambling treatment.
Family members or concerned others of gamblers receive no charge
sessions as long as their gambler is receiving services at Peace and
Power Counseling LLC. If the gambler is not receiving services the
family member or concerned other of a gambler will be able to
receive services at a significantly reduced rate.
If your stress is related to a spending problem, grief and loss, or a
relationship problem we can also help. We take insurance and
private pay for these services.
